Dear Mr Shafafy, I have now been discharged by Melanie Hunter after 3 sessions of physio and it occurred to me that I had not thanked you properly for the decompression operation you performed in May. I realised that to operate on someone my age presented a challenge and I am pleased to report that it has been a great success - the acute sciatica has disappeared and I am most grateful.
